Day 40: More Roof Work

Our trusty worker has been focusing on the roof as of late. Check out the signature Spanish style roof "steps," which will match the rest of the house.



Unlike the way the roof used to drain -- right smack in the middle of the back of the house -- the roof will now drain on the side, onto the driveway. Glad they thought of that -- no more problems with water in the back of the house. (See above).
